原发性胰腺癌是一种相对罕见、高度恶性的消化系统肿瘤,治疗以手术为主、辅以化疗,但疗效不确切,患者预后较差,5年生存率低,探索有效的诊疗方法迫在眉睫。本文总结了分子生物学在胰腺癌的遗传性及诊断和治疗中的应用。随着新的诊疗方法的研究和应用,胰腺癌的预后有望在将来得到改善。

Primary pancreatic cancer is a relatively rare and highly malignant digestive system tumors, treatment with surgery is given priority to, complementary with chemotherapy, but the ef ect is not exact, patients prognosis is poorer, the 5-year survival rate is low, to explore the ef ective methods of diagnosis and treatment is imminent.This article summarized the molecular biology in the application of the genetic and diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer.With the research and application of new methods of diagnosis and treatment, the prognosis of pancreatic cancer is expected to be improved in the future.
