以草酸为沉淀剂,采用正向沉淀的方式,合成中心粒径D50在20~39 μm之间的Gd2O3.采用马尔文激光粒度分析、扫描电镜等技术手段分析稀土料液起始浓度、草酸浓度、沉淀温度、陈化时间、灼烧温度及草酸滴加速率对最终产物粒径大小的影响.结果表明:控制氯化钆起始浓度0.9 mol/L、滴加速率1 mL/min、沉淀温度60~70℃、草酸浓度1 mol/L、陈化时间10 h、灼烧温度900℃即可制备中心粒径D50达到38.93 μm的大颗粒Gd2O3.此外,控制合成条件为草酸浓度0.8 mol/L、草酸滴加速率3 mL/min、氯化钆起始浓度0.75 mol/L、沉淀温度80℃、振荡陈化时间10 h、灼烧温度900℃,可制备中心粒径D50为18.57μm、比表面积为6.001 m2/g的砂状形貌Gd2O3.
以草痠為沉澱劑,採用正嚮沉澱的方式,閤成中心粒徑D50在20~39 μm之間的Gd2O3.採用馬爾文激光粒度分析、掃描電鏡等技術手段分析稀土料液起始濃度、草痠濃度、沉澱溫度、陳化時間、灼燒溫度及草痠滴加速率對最終產物粒徑大小的影響.結果錶明:控製氯化釓起始濃度0.9 mol/L、滴加速率1 mL/min、沉澱溫度60~70℃、草痠濃度1 mol/L、陳化時間10 h、灼燒溫度900℃即可製備中心粒徑D50達到38.93 μm的大顆粒Gd2O3.此外,控製閤成條件為草痠濃度0.8 mol/L、草痠滴加速率3 mL/min、氯化釓起始濃度0.75 mol/L、沉澱溫度80℃、振盪陳化時間10 h、灼燒溫度900℃,可製備中心粒徑D50為18.57μm、比錶麵積為6.001 m2/g的砂狀形貌Gd2O3.

Using Oxalic acid as a precipitating agent, Gd2O3,whose central particle size D50 is 20-39 μm ,was prepared by using positive precipitation technology. The effects of rare earth feed solution initial concentration, oxalic acid concentration and precipitation temperature, aging time, burning temperature and dropping on the final product particle size were analyzed through Malvern laser particle size analyzer and SEM. The results show that:gadolinium chloride starting concentration of 0.9 mol/L, dropping rate of 1 mL/min, precipitation temperature of 60-70℃, oxalic acid concentration of 1 mol/L, aging time of 10 h, ignition temperature of 900 ℃, large particle Gd2O3 with center particle size D50 of 38.93μm can be prepared. In addition, oxalic acid concentration is 0.8 mol/L, oxalic acid addition rate 3 mL/min, gadolinium chloride concentration 0.75 mol/L, the precipitation temperature 80℃, shaking aging time 10 h, burning temperature 900℃,sand-like morphology Gd2O3 with center particle size D50 of 18.57μm can be prepared, and its specific surface area is 6.001 m2/g.
