This paper introduces the methods and processes of coordinate transformation,explains the design pro?cesses of geodetic coordinate transformation system with C # language in detail, then introduces the specific imple?mentationprocesses by the example of geodetic coordinates in CGCS2000 to Gauss plane coordinates in Xian 80 coor?dinate system. By analyzing the precision of transformation results, it can meet certain requirements.
