目的：比较乳癖散结胶囊单用或联用三苯氧胺片及维生素E治疗乳腺增生的疗效及对内分泌和免疫功能的影响。方法将126例乳腺增生患者随机均分为对照组和治疗组，各63例。对照组患者仅给予三苯氧胺和维生素E，治疗组患者在对照组基础上加服乳癖散结胶囊。结果治疗组的总有效率为93．65％，显著高于对照组的79．37％（P＜0．05）；治疗组治疗后血清中雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（P）和泌乳素（PRL）水平显著低于对照组（P＜0．05）；治疗组CD8＋水平显著低于对照组，CD4＋／CD8＋显著高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论在调节内分泌基础上联合乳癖散结胶囊治疗乳腺增生的疗效显著，且能调节内分泌和免疫功能，值得临床推广。

Objective To compare the efficacy of Rubisanjie Capsules or combined with Tamoxifen Tablets and vitamin E in treating breast hyperplasia and its influence on immcne function.Methods Totally 126 patients with breast hyperplasia were randomly divided into the control and the treatment groups,63 cases in each group.The control group was given tamoxifen and vitamin E,and on this basis the treat-ment group was given Rubisanjie Capsules.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.65%,which was significantly higher than 79.37% of the control group(P <0.05);after treatment,serum E2,P and PRL of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05);CD8+ of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,and CD4+/CD8+ were signif-icantly higher than the control (P <0.05).Conclusion Rubisanjie Capsules combined with endocrine regulation treatment in treating breast hyperplasia can receive efficacy,can regulate the endocrine and immune function,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
