目的通过对两种不同留取女婴尿标本方法的比较，获取改良后成功率高的留尿标本的方法。方法采用原始一次性尿袋留取女婴尿标本48例(对照组)与改良后5ml空针留取女婴尿标本50例(试验组)进行对比，观察哪种方法留取尿液成功率高。结果改良后留取尿标本成功率高达92%，且对实验结果无影响，值得临床推广。

Objective To obtain the method of improving the success rate of the urine samples with the high success rate of the urine samples by comparing the two dif erent methods. Methods 50 cases (control group) and 48 cases (control group) were taken from the original disposable urine bag, and cases (experimental group) were compared with the modified 5ML air needle. Results The success rate of the specimens was 92%, and it had no ef ect on the experimental results, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
