目的总结综合康复训练治疗股骨干骨折术后膝关节功能障碍的临床疗效。方法采用综合康复训练治疗了64例股骨干骨折术后膝关节功能障碍，观察上述综合方法的治疗效果。结果该综合方法治疗后3~4w内膝关节活动功能总的优良率76.56%。结论综合康复训练治疗股骨干骨折术后膝关节功能障碍疗效满意，无严重并发症。
目的總結綜閤康複訓練治療股骨榦骨摺術後膝關節功能障礙的臨床療效。方法採用綜閤康複訓練治療瞭64例股骨榦骨摺術後膝關節功能障礙，觀察上述綜閤方法的治療效果。結果該綜閤方法治療後3~4w內膝關節活動功能總的優良率76.56%。結論綜閤康複訓練治療股骨榦骨摺術後膝關節功能障礙療效滿意，無嚴重併髮癥。

Objective To summarize the clinical ef ectiveness of comprehensive rehabilitation of knee joints after the surgery for femoral shaft fracture.Methods 64 patients were treated with comprehensive rehabilitation for knee joint dysfunction after surgeries for femoral shaft fracture.Results The good rate of knee function is 76.56%after 3 to 4 weeks'comprehensive rehabilitation. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation has satisfied results for knee dysfunction after surgeries for femoral shaft fracture without severe complications.
