以导热油为介质的有机热载体锅炉因其运行温度高,使用不当易发生有机热载体裂解和性能劣化、受热面结垢、过热,且较难通过宏观检验发现,常导致锅炉失效和火灾。本文提出了一种主动温差激励的方法,研究了温差激励下受热面结垢区域的外壁温度变化,并结合检验实例探索了一种有机热载体锅炉结垢检验新方法。

Heat transfer oil as a medium of the organic heat transfer material boiler serves at a high operating temperature, and the undeserved application of which would lead to failure and ifre disaster of the boiler due to organic heat carrier pyrolysis and deterioration, heat exchangers scaling and overheating, which are dififcult to ifnd through macroscopic examination. In this paper, a new method of active temperature difference excitation is proposed, and the temperature distribution of the outer wall of the heating surface tube is studied under an active temperature difference excitation, then a new scaling test method of organic heat carrier boiler is explored with a test case.
