目的:研究奶母果对肾阳虚大鼠模型下丘脑-垂体-性腺(HPG)轴钙调蛋白(CaM)mRNA表达量的影响。方法应用外源性糖皮质激素(氢化可的松)制作肾阳虚大鼠模型,检测各组大鼠HPG轴中CaM mRNA表达量,分析奶母果对HPG轴中下丘脑、睾丸CaM mRNA的影响。结果高剂量的奶母果瘿果可提高肾阳虚大鼠HPG轴下丘脑CaMmRNA的表达量,降低睾丸CaMmRNA的表达量,而奶母果瘿果低剂量组和花序托组作用不明显。结论奶母果可通过提高肾阳虚大鼠下丘脑CaMmRNA的表达改善其肾阳虚症状。
目的:研究奶母果對腎暘虛大鼠模型下丘腦-垂體-性腺(HPG)軸鈣調蛋白(CaM)mRNA錶達量的影響。方法應用外源性糖皮質激素(氫化可的鬆)製作腎暘虛大鼠模型,檢測各組大鼠HPG軸中CaM mRNA錶達量,分析奶母果對HPG軸中下丘腦、睪汍CaM mRNA的影響。結果高劑量的奶母果癭果可提高腎暘虛大鼠HPG軸下丘腦CaMmRNA的錶達量,降低睪汍CaMmRNA的錶達量,而奶母果癭果低劑量組和花序託組作用不明顯。結論奶母果可通過提高腎暘虛大鼠下丘腦CaMmRNA的錶達改善其腎暘虛癥狀。
목적:연구내모과대신양허대서모형하구뇌-수체-성선(HPG)축개조단백(CaM)mRNA표체량적영향。방법응용외원성당피질격소(경화가적송)제작신양허대서모형,검측각조대서HPG축중CaM mRNA표체량,분석내모과대HPG축중하구뇌、고환CaM mRNA적영향。결과고제량적내모과영과가제고신양허대서HPG축하구뇌CaMmRNA적표체량,강저고환CaMmRNA적표체량,이내모과영과저제량조화화서탁조작용불명현。결론내모과가통과제고신양허대서하구뇌CaMmRNA적표체개선기신양허증상。
Objective To study the influence of Ficus pumila Linn.(FPL)on calmodulin mRNA expression level in hypothalamic-pitu-itary-gonadal(HPG)axis of rats with kidney-yang deficiency.Methods Rats with kidney-yang deficiency were induced by exoge-nous glucocorticoids(Hydrocortisone)to analyze the influence of FPL on calmodulin mRNA expression level in hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis function by detecting calmodulin mRNA expression level in HPG axis.Results High dose of FPL had obvious regulating effect on calmodulin mRNA expression level in HPG axis of rats with kidney-yang deficiency.Conclusion FPL can tonify the kidney by regulating calmodulin mRNA expression level in HPG axis of rats with kidney-yang deficiency.
