Large Plant Rhodiola Injection%lipoic acid%acute ischemic stroke%oxidative stress
目的:探讨大株红景天注射液联合硫辛酸对缺血性脑卒中患者氧化应激的影响。方法选择医院收治的缺血性脑卒中患者80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。两组患者均给予常规治疗,对照组患者加用依达拉奉30 mg静脉滴注,2次/日;治疗组患者加用大株红景天注射液10 mL联合硫辛酸注射液12 mL,静脉滴注1次/日。两组均以7 d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。结果治疗后,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及血清中氧化型低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)、丙二醛(MDA)水平均显著降低(P<0.01),且治疗组下降幅度更明显(P<0.01);超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平均明显增高(P<0.01),且治疗组增高幅度更明显(P<0.01);治疗组总有效效为92.50%,明显高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.01);两组均未见明显不良反应。结论大株红景天注射液联合硫辛酸能有效减轻急性缺血性脑卒中患者脑内氧化应激损伤,疗效显著,不良反应少,其机制可能与抑制ox-LDL及MDA表达,上调SOD,GSH-Px和CAT水平相关。

목적:탐토대주홍경천주사액연합류신산대결혈성뇌졸중환자양화응격적영향。방법선택의원수치적결혈성뇌졸중환자80례,수궤분위대조조화치료조,각40례。량조환자균급여상규치료,대조조환자가용의체랍봉30 mg정맥적주,2차/일;치료조환자가용대주홍경천주사액10 mL연합류신산주사액12 mL,정맥적주1차/일。량조균이7 d위1개료정,치료3개료정。결과치료후,량조미국국립위생연구원졸중량표(NIHSS)평분급혈청중양화형저밀도지단백(ox-LDL)、병이철(MDA)수평균현저강저(P<0.01),차치료조하강폭도경명현(P<0.01);초양화물기화매(SOD)、과양화경매(CAT)급곡광감태과양화물매(GSH-Px)수평균명현증고(P<0.01),차치료조증고폭도경명현(P<0.01);치료조총유효효위92.50%,명현고우대조조적85.00%(P<0.01);량조균미견명현불량반응。결론대주홍경천주사액연합류신산능유효감경급성결혈성뇌졸중환자뇌내양화응격손상,료효현저,불량반응소,기궤제가능여억제ox-LDL급MDA표체,상조SOD,GSH-Px화CAT수평상관。
Objective To discuss the influence of Large Plant Rhodiola Injection combined with lipoic acid on the patient′s oxidative stress of acute ischemic stroke.Methods 80 patients in the hospital diagnosed as acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,40 cases in each group.All the patients were treated with regular treatment.The control group were added with edaravone (30 mg,bid),the treatment group were added with Large Plant Rhodiola Injection(10 mL,qn) combined with lipoic acid(12 mL,qn).7 d was 1 course of treatment,and the treatment lasted for 3 courses.Results Compared with before treatment,the NIHSS,ox-LDL and MDA of the two groups were decreased(P <0.01),and the treatment group decreased more(P <0.01);and the SOD,GSH-Px and CAT level increased significantly(P <0.01),and the treatment group increased more(P <0.01);The to-tal effective rate of the treatment group was 92.50%,which was obviously higher than 85.00% of the control group(P <0.01).Both groups had no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion Large Plant Rhodiola Injection combined with lipoic acid has obvious effects to the patient′s oxidative stress of acute ischemic stroke,with obvious clinical effect and few adverse reactions,the mechanism may related to the reduce of ox-LDL,MDA and the rise of SOD,GSH-Px and CAT.
