Shufengjiedu Capsules%acute sinusitis%WBC%headache
目的：观察疏风解毒胶囊治疗急性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法选取医院收治的急性鼻窦炎患者110例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各55例。两组患者均给予适量补液、退热、镇静止痛治疗。对照组患者加用头孢丙烯分散片，并采用负压吸引清除双侧鼻腔脓性分泌物；观察组患者在对照组基础上给予疏风解毒胶囊。两组患者均连续治疗10 d。结果治疗后，观察组总有效率为94．55％，明显高于对照组的81．82％（P＜0．05）；治疗后10 d，观察组鼻塞、流涕、鼻腔黏膜增厚症状评分减少程度较对照组明显；治疗后5，10 d，治疗组疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）均低于对照组（P＜0．05）；治疗后5 d，观察组白细胞计数下降程度明显大于对照组（P＜0．05），治疗后10 d，两组白细胞计数无明显差异（P＞0．05）；观察组不良反应发生率为7．27％，与对照组的9．09％无明显差异（P＞0．05）。结论疏风解毒胶囊治疗急性鼻窦炎临床疗效好，能有效改善临床症状，减轻炎症，且安全性高，值得临床推广。

목적：관찰소풍해독효낭치료급성비두염적림상료효。방법선취의원수치적급성비두염환자110례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，각55례。량조환자균급여괄량보액、퇴열、진정지통치료。대조조환자가용두포병희분산편，병채용부압흡인청제쌍측비강농성분비물；관찰조환자재대조조기출상급여소풍해독효낭。량조환자균련속치료10 d。결과치료후，관찰조총유효솔위94．55％，명현고우대조조적81．82％（P＜0．05）；치료후10 d，관찰조비새、류체、비강점막증후증상평분감소정도교대조조명현；치료후5，10 d，치료조동통시각모의평분（VAS）균저우대조조（P＜0．05）；치료후5 d，관찰조백세포계수하강정도명현대우대조조（P＜0．05），치료후10 d，량조백세포계수무명현차이（P＞0．05）；관찰조불량반응발생솔위7．27％，여대조조적9．09％무명현차이（P＞0．05）。결론소풍해독효낭치료급성비두염림상료효호，능유효개선림상증상，감경염증，차안전성고，치득림상추엄。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shufengjiedu Capsules on acute sinusitis.Methods 1 10 patients with acute sinusitis in the hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,55 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given fluid infusion,sedation analgesic and antipyretic drug treatment.The control group was treated with the Cefprozil Dispersible Tablets(0.5 g/time,one time/d),and the negative pressure suction to remove the bilateral nasal purulent secretion;on the basis of the control group,the observation group was given Shufengjiedu Capsules (4 capsules/time,3 times/d).The two groups were giren continu-ous treatment for 10 d.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.55%,which was significantly higher than 81.82% of the control group (P <0.05).Compared with the control group,nasal congestion,runny nose,nasal mucosal thickening symptoms score of observation group decreased significantly after 10 d,headache VAS score of treatmentgroup were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of white blood cells (after 10 d)in two groups 5 d,10 d,after treatment (P >0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observationgroup was 7.27%,and there was no significant difference with 9.09% of the control group (P >0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Shufengjiedu Capsules in treating acute sinusitis is good,and it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce inflammation,and is safe,worthy of clinical promotion.
