因“排放法规”、燃料消耗量限值等法规的出台以及“燃油税”实施等的影响,我国公路物流卡车市场发生了巨大的变化,加之排放要求日益严格,节油、轻量化要求已迫在眉睫。针对目前现状,分析我们的产品结构和以往使用经验,对车架尾横梁进行轻量化设计,并通过有限元手段进行分析,以保证其使用性能。

Due to the effects of“emission regulations”, fuel consumption limits and other promulgated regulations and the implementation of"fuel tax", our country highway logistics truck market occurred with great changes, cou?pled with the increasingly stringent emission requirements, fuel-saving and lightweight requirements become immi?nent. In view of the present situation, this paper analyzed the structure of our products and the experience of the past, the frame tail beam is designed with light weight, and the finite element method is used for analysis to ensure the per?formance of the frame.
