IT service management system based on ITIL helps customers to realize the transformation of the fire fighting type IT to the IT service management system, completely change the intricate disorder of the current situation of IT service. It realize the overall planning and sharing of resources, strengthen communication and collaboration in the service link, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the overall IT operation and maintenance management, and improve end user satisfaction.
