To discuss the surgical treatment of circumferential mixed hemor hoids.Methods:Xiaozhiling liquid injection therapy plus Move stripping hemor hoids external hemor hoids partial resection to cure circumferential mixed hemor hoids Results:89 cases cured,accounting for 95.5%;5 cases was found to have obvious ef ect,accounting for 4.5%;100%ef icient.Course of 11-18 days,with an average of 13.8 days.Conclusion:the surgical operation's method curative ef ect is satisfied,compared with the traditional external dissection ligation patients with less pain,fewer complications,shorter hospital stay and so on.
