目的评估盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合氯诺昔康治疗膝骨关节炎的有效性和安全性。方法对我院收治的78例膝骨关节炎患者给予盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊480mg,3次/d；辅助服用氯诺昔康片8mg,2次/d。记录用药前,用药后2w、4w及停药后2w的的Lequesne总指数及不良反应。结果所有患者Lequesne总指数于药后2、4w及停药后2w较用药前明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合氯诺昔康治疗膝骨关节炎是一种安全,有效的膝骨关节炎治疗方案。

Objective To evaluate the ef icacy and safety of glucosamine hydrochloride and lornoxicam inthe treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods A clinical trial of 78 patientssuf ering from knee OA were treated glucosamine hydrochloride 480 mg,three times a day,lornoxicam,8mg,twice daily.The total Lequesne indexwere recorded beforetreatment and aftertreatment 2 weeks,4 weeks and 2 weeks after discontinuation.Other features such as therapeuticef icacyand adverse events and were also recorded.Results The total Lequesne index were significantly reduced, there was a significant dif erence between beforetreatment and aftertreatment 2 weeks,4 weeks and 2 weeks after discontinuation( <0.05).Conclusion There was a sfae and ef ectivetherapy plan in the treatment of kneeosteoarthritis.
