本文通过对中国医科大学附属第一医院实施居民健康卡系统前后门诊流程对比分析,证实了居民健康卡系统对传统门诊流程的优化,相对改善了患者在传统就诊过程中存在的“三长一短”问题,提高了门诊工作效率与工作质量,提升了患者在门诊就诊过程中的就诊体验,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
本文通過對中國醫科大學附屬第一醫院實施居民健康卡繫統前後門診流程對比分析,證實瞭居民健康卡繫統對傳統門診流程的優化,相對改善瞭患者在傳統就診過程中存在的“三長一短”問題,提高瞭門診工作效率與工作質量,提升瞭患者在門診就診過程中的就診體驗,取得瞭良好的經濟效益和社會效益。
본문통과대중국의과대학부속제일의원실시거민건강잡계통전후문진류정대비분석,증실료거민건강잡계통대전통문진류정적우화,상대개선료환자재전통취진과정중존재적“삼장일단”문제,제고료문진공작효솔여공작질량,제승료환자재문진취진과정중적취진체험,취득료량호적경제효익화사회효익。
Based on the comparative analysis before and after outpatient process , we confirmed that the optimization of residents' health card system for traditional outpatient process could improve the " Long registration time, long paying time, long waiting time but short doctor-seeing time " problem during patients’ conventional treatment at present, which improved the efficiency and quality of clinic work, enhanced the patients’ experience in outpatient treatment process, and achieved good economic and social benefits.
