目的：观察维药神香草提取物对糖尿病小鼠血糖及糖耐量的影响。方法腹腔注射四氧嘧啶法建立小鼠Ⅰ型糖尿病模型，模型成功的小鼠随机分为模型组、SXC 大剂量组（200 mg／kg）、SXC 中剂量组（100 mg／kg）、SXC 小剂量组（50 mg／kg）和阿卡波糖（113 mg／kg）组，每组10只。另选10只未注射 STZ 的正常 ICR 小鼠为正常对照组，各组小鼠给予不同的药物或蒸馏水处理，共计7 d，血糖试纸法测定血糖，观察神香草提取物对糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响，同时进行葡萄糖耐量试验（OGTT），观察香草提取物对糖尿病小鼠糖耐量的改善作用。结果神香草提取物可明显增加糖尿病小鼠的体质量（P ＜0．05或 P ＜0．01），降低Ⅰ型糖尿病小鼠的血糖，并明显改善其糖耐量，三者均显示出一定的量-效关系。结论神香草提取物具有较好的降血糖和改善异常糖耐量的作用，可用于临床治疗糖尿病。
목적：관찰유약신향초제취물대당뇨병소서혈당급당내량적영향。방법복강주사사양밀정법건립소서Ⅰ형당뇨병모형，모형성공적소서수궤분위모형조、SXC 대제량조（200 mg／kg）、SXC 중제량조（100 mg／kg）、SXC 소제량조（50 mg／kg）화아잡파당（113 mg／kg）조，매조10지。령선10지미주사 STZ 적정상 ICR 소서위정상대조조，각조소서급여불동적약물혹증류수처리，공계7 d，혈당시지법측정혈당，관찰신향초제취물대당뇨병소서혈당적영향，동시진행포도당내량시험（OGTT），관찰향초제취물대당뇨병소서당내량적개선작용。결과신향초제취물가명현증가당뇨병소서적체질량（P ＜0．05혹 P ＜0．01），강저Ⅰ형당뇨병소서적혈당，병명현개선기당내량，삼자균현시출일정적량-효관계。결론신향초제취물구유교호적강혈당화개선이상당내량적작용，가용우림상치료당뇨병。
Objective To observe the influence of Hyssopus cuspidatus Boriss (HCB ) against hyperglycemia and sugar tolerance impairment.Methods Alloxan was intraperitoneal injected to the mice to establish type 1 diabetes animal model,the type 1 diabetes mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, namely,they were model group,SXC high (200 mg/kg),middle (100 mg/kg),low groups (50 mg/kg) and acarbose group (113 mg/kg),while 10 normal ICR mice were made as control group.Each group was respectively administrated the corresponding component or distilled water (for control and model group) for 7 days.Blood glucose and oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT)were measured.Results Different doses of HCB increased the bodyweight,decreased the blood glucose,and improved the sugar tolerance of type 1 diabetes mice obviously in dose-dependent way.Conclusion Hyssopus cuspidatus Boriss have certain anti-hyperglycemia and improve sugar tolerance impairment,hence may deal with diabetes in clinical.
