目的探讨微型螺钉内固定治疗桡骨小头骨折的疗效。方法在2009年1月~2013年9月,我科采用微型螺钉内固定治疗桡骨小头骨折34例,男19例,女15例,年龄21~56岁,平均32.4岁,Mason I 型16例,I I型18例。34例患者均采用微型螺钉内固定治疗桡骨小头骨折,术后3d行功能锻炼,并定期x线复查,采用Broberg肘关节功能评分系统评判肘关节功能。结果33例患者获得3~18个月随访,平均11月,其中1例随访2个月时,肘关节功能未见明显异常,未见并发症,失去随访。剩余33例肘关节平均得分9分,优30例,良3例,差0例,优良率100%。结论微型螺钉内固定治疗桡骨小头骨折,能完全解剖关节面,行早起功能锻炼,为桡骨小头骨折后肘关节功能回复提供了一种理想办法。

Objective To study the clinical ef ect of the radial head fractures treated by operation of open reduction and internal fixaton with mini screws. Methods From January 2009 to september 2013,34 patients with Mason type I (16 patients)、I I(18 patients) radial head fractures were treated by open reduction and mini screw fixation,including 19 males and 15 females with mean age of 32.4 (from 21 to 56).Patients undergo early postoperative systematic function exercises after 3 days and X-Ray examination at regular intervals.Elbow function was assessed adopting Broberg Elbow score.Results 33 patients were fol owed 3-18 months,mean 11 months,1 patient fol owed 2 month was lost,and that time the elbow function was norml、no complications.The average elbow score was 9 for the 33 patients,graded excel ent were in 30 cases,3 cases good and no fair,so the overal excel ent and good rate was 100%. Conclusion The radial head fracture patients were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with mini screws had satisfactory joint function、reliable fixation,and it should be the ideal way.
