目的分析急性生理学和慢性健康状况评分Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)系统对重症监护病房(ICU)护理质量和人力资源配置的影响。方法将我院ICU收治76例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，其中对照组38例予以ICU常规护理干预，观察组38例每日行APACHEⅡ评分，根据评分结果制定护理策略和护理人力资源配置，比较两组患者间住院时间、总费用、不良反应发生率、救治成功率的差异，同时比较两组间患者护理满意度以及护理人员对人力配置的满意程度。结果观察组住院时间、总费用、不良反应发生率优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(<0.05)，观察组救治成功率高于对照组，但差异无统计学意义(跃0.05)；观察组患者护理满意度以及护理人员对人力配置的满意程度均明显优于对照组(<0.05)。结论应用APACHEⅡ评分系统有助于提高ICU护理质量，节<患者住院成本，且优化护理资源合理配置。

목적분석급성생이학화만성건강상황평분Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)계통대중증감호병방(ICU)호리질량화인력자원배치적영향。방법장아원ICU수치76례환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，기중대조조38례여이ICU상규호리간예，관찰조38례매일행APACHEⅡ평분，근거평분결과제정호리책략화호리인력자원배치，비교량조환자간주원시간、총비용、불량반응발생솔、구치성공솔적차이，동시비교량조간환자호리만의도이급호리인원대인력배치적만의정도。결과관찰조주원시간、총비용、불량반응발생솔우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(<0.05)，관찰조구치성공솔고우대조조，단차이무통계학의의(약0.05)；관찰조환자호리만의도이급호리인원대인력배치적만의정도균명현우우대조조(<0.05)。결론응용APACHEⅡ평분계통유조우제고ICU호리질량，절<환자주원성본，차우화호리자원합리배치。
Objective To investigate the influence of the application of acute physiology and chronic health evaluationII(APACHEII) system on intensive care unit (ICU) nursing quality and human resource configuration. Methods 76 patients were divided into observation group and control group randomly,the control group patients were given routine nursing intervention,while evaluate APACHE I score in 38 control group patients daily,grading nursing care strategy and nursing human resource al ocation according to the score.Compare the dif erent of length of stay,total cost,rate of adverse reactions , successful y treated rate,nursing satisfaction and al ocation satisfaction on nursing staf between two groups.Results The length of hospital stay, the total cost, incidence of adverse reaction in observation group patients were bet er than that of control group,the dif erence is statistical y significant ( <0.05);The successful y treated rate in observation group was also higher than control group, but there is no statistical y significant dif erence ( > 0.05).The nursing satisfaction nursing staf satisfaction of human configuration were significantly bet er than that of control group ( < 0.05). Conclusion The application of APACHEIIscoring system helps to improve the quality of ICU nursing, save cost in hospital,and optimize nursing resources rational al ocation .
