目的探讨临床护理路径在肾移植患者护理干预中的应用效果。方法选取2013年11月~2014年10月我中心100例肾移植术后患者为研究对象，将其分为研究组(临床护理路径组)和对照组(非临床护理路径组)，研究组以肾移植临床护理路径为指导进行护理干预，对照组按护理常规进行护理干预，比较两组患者在移植相关知识、并发症、认知行为、护理满意度以及护士移植相关知识知晓率。结果研究组在肾移植相关知识、认知行为、护理满意度以及低年资护士移植相关知识知晓率等方面差异均有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论肾移植临床护理路径可以提高患者相关知识的知晓率，提升护理工作水平，提高护理工作满意率。
목적탐토림상호리로경재신이식환자호리간예중적응용효과。방법선취2013년11월~2014년10월아중심100례신이식술후환자위연구대상，장기분위연구조(림상호리로경조)화대조조(비림상호리로경조)，연구조이신이식림상호리로경위지도진행호리간예，대조조안호리상규진행호리간예，비교량조환자재이식상관지식、병발증、인지행위、호리만의도이급호사이식상관지식지효솔。결과연구조재신이식상관지식、인지행위、호리만의도이급저년자호사이식상관지식지효솔등방면차이균유통계학의의(<0.05)。결론신이식림상호리로경가이제고환자상관지식적지효솔，제승호리공작수평，제고호리공작만의솔。
Objective To analyze the application ef ect of clinical nursing pathway for nursing intervention in renal transplant patients. Methods 100 renal transplant patients was selected from November 2013~2014 October in the Organ transplantation and dialysis centers, which was divided into the experimental group (clinical care pathway group) and the control group (non-clinical care pathway group) .the experimental group was guided with kidney transplant clinical nursing path while the control group was intervened with routine nursing care . Then, we had a comparison on the transplant-related knowledge, complications, cognitive-behavioral, nursing satisfaction and transplant-related knowledge among nurses of two groups. Results The experimental group has a remarkable enhancement on kidney transplant-related knowledge, cognitive-behavioral, nursing satisfaction and junior nurses knowing transplant-related knowledge,Dif erences were statistical y significant ( <0.05).Conclusion Renal transplant clinical nursing path can improve the awareness of patients, improve the level of nurse care, and improve the satisfaction of nurse care .
