目的：观察红花注射液湿敷用于褥疮的临床疗效及护理体会。方法选取医院褥疮患者70例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，各35例。对照组患者给予硫酸庆大霉素加甲硝唑氯化钠注射液湿敷，每天换药1次；治疗组患者用红花注射液湿敷，每天换药1次。10 d为1个疗程，治疗3个疗程，并进行基础护理。结果与对照组比较，治疗后治疗组疮面直径缩小明显（P＜0．01），临床疗效显著（P＜0．05），疮面愈合时间明显较短（P＜0．05），两组均未见明显不良反应。结论红花注射液湿敷治疗褥疮临床疗效显著，安全性高，值得推广。
목적：관찰홍화주사액습부용우욕창적림상료효급호리체회。방법선취의원욕창환자70례，수궤분위대조조화치료조，각35례。대조조환자급여류산경대매소가갑초서록화납주사액습부，매천환약1차；치료조환자용홍화주사액습부，매천환약1차。10 d위1개료정，치료3개료정，병진행기출호리。결과여대조조비교，치료후치료조창면직경축소명현（P＜0．01），림상료효현저（P＜0．05），창면유합시간명현교단（P＜0．05），량조균미견명현불량반응。결론홍화주사액습부치료욕창림상료효현저，안전성고，치득추엄。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Safflower Injection wet compress for treating bedsore and its nursing experi-ence.Methods Totally 70 patients with bedsore were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,35 cases in each group.The control group was given the wet compress of gentamycin sulfate and metronidazole and sodium chloride injection,the treatment group was given wet compress of Safflower Injection,both groups changed the medicineonle per day.The course of treatment was 10 d,and the two groups were treated for 3 courses.At the same time,the basic nursing was given to the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the wound diameter of the treatment group were significantly smaller(P <0.01),the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher(P <0.05),the wound healing time of the treatment group was significantly shorter(P <0.05). There was no obvious adverse reaction occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Safflower Injection wet compress in the treatment of bedsore has significant effect,high safety,and it is worth of clinical promotion.
