目的探讨锁骨评估对降低PICC异位的重要意义。方法随机抽取PICC置管的60例患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组，对照组采取常规评估后置管，实验组除进行常规评估外再进行锁骨评估。结果实验组PICC异位率明显低于对照组。结论在置管前进行锁骨评估，提前实施预防措施，对降低PICC异位减少并发症具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the importance of the evaluation of col arbone to reduce the dystopia of PICC. Methods Select 60 patients with PICC tube randomly,and divide them into control group and experimental group according to the method of random digits table.We place the PICC tube after the routine evaluation in the control group,and in experimental group we insert the PICC tube after the routine evaluation as wel as the col arbone evaluation.Results The dystopia of PICC in experimental group obviously less than that in control group.Conclusion Col arbone evaluation before placing the tube to provide precaution in advance is of great importance to reduce PICC dystopia and its complication.
