目的探讨降低动脉瘤术前破裂风险，减少动脉瘤术后各种并发症的护理方法。方法研究分析本组病例所采取的护理措施与患者预后的关系，总结我们这几年来关于动脉瘤护理的经验和教训。结果本组30例患者，1例Hunt&Hes 分级Ⅳ级患者术后4 d死亡，1例在手术前夜突发动脉瘤破裂急诊术后死亡，26例未见动脉瘤破裂及术后严重并发症，1例放弃出院。结论颅内动脉瘤手术前后采取正确、恰当的护理措施非常重要，能有效地降低动脉瘤术前破裂风险和术后各种并发症的发生率。
목적탐토강저동맥류술전파렬풍험，감소동맥류술후각충병발증적호리방법。방법연구분석본조병례소채취적호리조시여환자예후적관계，총결아문저궤년래관우동맥류호리적경험화교훈。결과본조30례환자，1례Hunt&Hes 분급Ⅳ급환자술후4 d사망，1례재수술전야돌발동맥류파렬급진술후사망，26례미견동맥류파렬급술후엄중병발증，1례방기출원。결론로내동맥류수술전후채취정학、흡당적호리조시비상중요，능유효지강저동맥류술전파렬풍험화술후각충병발증적발생솔。
Objective Investigate the nursing method to reducing the risk of aneurysm rupture before surgeryand toreduce complications after aneurysm.Methods Analysis the relationship between the nursing intervention and prognosis in this group,summarize our gainand loss aboutaneurysm care inthese years.Results 1 patient gradeⅣ died four days after aneurysm in al 30cases.1 case suddenly died after the aneurysm rupture in the night before surgery.26 patients with no rupture and no postoperative complications.Conclusion Correct and appropriate care measures before and after Intracranial aneurysms surgery are very important,It can ef ectively reduce the risk ofaneurysm rupture before surgery and the incidence of postoperative complications.
