本文对包二热电厂供热现状及改造的必要性作了简单介绍,对设计方案优化选择计算、方案对比分析进行了重点论述。以最大化回收乏汽余热为原则,从技术和经济两个方面确定为低真空[1]+热泵[2]组合技术方案。该方案实施后,可以最大限度满足城市供热需求,不但为节能减排、改善城市环境质量作出贡献,而且取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。

The present situation of heat supply and transformation necessity of Baotou second thermal power plant is introduced, and coMParison and selection of transformation schemes are discussed. For the principle of maximizing recycling the residual heat of exhausted steam, the technical scheme of high back pressure and heat pump application in combination is determined through technology and economic analysis. The scheme can supply the heat that the urban areas demand in maximum, which achieves good economic returns and social benefits, meanwhile, makes great contribution to energy conservation and improving the quality of urban environment.
