目的使用诺顿评估表结合Brothel指数评定量表进行评估，扩大压疮风险评估范围。方法观察组运用诺顿评分表结合Brathel指数评定量表评估患者，对照组单纯使用诺顿评分表评估患者。结果观察组在压疮风险患者人数、新发生压疮例数上与对照组比较有显著差异(<0.05)。结论诺顿评估表结合Brothel指数评定量表评估患者，扩大了压疮风险患者的评估范围，提高护士对压疮风险的防范意识，有效减少了患者的压疮发生率。
目的使用諾頓評估錶結閤Brothel指數評定量錶進行評估，擴大壓瘡風險評估範圍。方法觀察組運用諾頓評分錶結閤Brathel指數評定量錶評估患者，對照組單純使用諾頓評分錶評估患者。結果觀察組在壓瘡風險患者人數、新髮生壓瘡例數上與對照組比較有顯著差異(<0.05)。結論諾頓評估錶結閤Brothel指數評定量錶評估患者，擴大瞭壓瘡風險患者的評估範圍，提高護士對壓瘡風險的防範意識，有效減少瞭患者的壓瘡髮生率。
목적사용낙돈평고표결합Brothel지수평정량표진행평고，확대압창풍험평고범위。방법관찰조운용낙돈평분표결합Brathel지수평정량표평고환자，대조조단순사용낙돈평분표평고환자。결과관찰조재압창풍험환자인수、신발생압창례수상여대조조비교유현저차이(<0.05)。결론낙돈평고표결합Brothel지수평정량표평고환자，확대료압창풍험환자적평고범위，제고호사대압창풍험적방범의식，유효감소료환자적압창발생솔。
Objective To evaluate the risk of pressure ulcer by using the Norton evaluation table and the Brothel index. Methods The observation group was treated with the Brathel index and the control group, and the control group betasubunit was treated with the Norton score table. Results There were significant dif erences in the number of patients with pressure ulcer risk in the observation group ( <0.05). Conclusion Norton evaluation form with Brothel index rating assessment scale patients, gonadotropin betasubunit as an early to expand the scope of patients with pressure sore risk assessment, improve nurses for pressure ulcer risk prevention awareness, can ef ectively reduce the incidence of patients with pressure sore.
