目的观察健康体检护理中加强沟通交流对提高满意度的有效性。方法抽取2012年1月~2014年12月接受健康体检的500例体检人员作为研究对象,分成观察组与对照组,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上加强沟通交流,对比两组体检人员健康体检时间以及护理满意度。结果观察组健康体检时间明显少于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,组间数据对比差异明显,有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论健康体检护理工作中全面实施沟通交流工作,可降低其对体检的抵触心理。

Objective To observe the health medical care to strengthen the ef ectiveness of communication to improve the degree of satisfaction.Methods From January 2012 to December 2014 received physical examination of 500 cases of medical personnel as the research object,is divided into observation group and control group,control group accepted routine nursing care,observation group in the control group,strengthen the communication on the basis of nursing,compared two groups of medical personnel health physical examination time and nursing satisfaction.Results The physical examination time observation group was obviously less than control group,nursing satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group,group data contrast dif erences between apparent,was statistical y significant( <0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive implementation of the communication work in physical examination work,can reduce the resistance of physical examination.
