乳腺增生病是临床上最常见的良性乳腺疾病，其发病与内分泌激素和情志活动密切相关。其中，情志致病是祖国医学中重要的病因学思想，与肝的调节息息相关。本文着重从肝对情志活动的调节、情志活动对乳腺增生的影响及肝与乳腺增生的关系三个方面进行论述，为乳腺增生病的防治起指导作用。
