目的：探讨综合护理干预在拉莫三嗪治疗癫痫中的应用效果。方法84例癫痫患者，根据护理方式不同分为对照组与观察组，每组42例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予综合护理干预，对比分析两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.2%明显高于对照组的69.0%，观察组治疗依从性为92.9%明显高于对照组的61.9%，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能有效提高患者的依从性，改善患者的生活质量，具有较高应用价值，值得推广。
목적：탐토종합호리간예재랍막삼진치료전간중적응용효과。방법84례전간환자，근거호리방식불동분위대조조여관찰조，매조42례。대조조급여상규호리，관찰조급여종합호리간예，대비분석량조환자적호리효과。결과관찰조치료총유효솔95.2%명현고우대조조적69.0%，관찰조치료의종성위92.9%명현고우대조조적61.9%，차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론종합호리간예능유효제고환자적의종성，개선환자적생활질량，구유교고응용개치，치득추엄。
ObjectiveTo investigate application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in lamotrigine therapy for epilepsy.MethodsA total of 84 epilepsy patients were divided by different nursing measures into control group and observation group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. Nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.ResultsThe observation group had much higher total effective rate as 95.2% than 69.0% of the control group, and its treatment compliance was much higher as 92.9% than 61.9% of the control group. Their differences all had statistical significance (P<0.05).ConclusionComprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve patients’ compliance and quality of life. This method contains high application value, and it is worth promoting.
