目的观察银质针针刺”颈夹脊穴”治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选取诊断为神经根型颈椎病的患者84例，随机分为两组，治疗组42例，银质针针刺颈“夹脊穴”治疗；对照组42例，采用物理康复治疗。治疗结束后3个月及1年观察总有效率、阳性体征变化。结果①总有效率：治疗组治疗后3个月，1年分别为95.23%、92.85%，对照组有效率分别为78.57%、59.52%。②阳性体征：压顶试验及臂丛牵拉试验治疗后3个月及1年治疗组与对照组较治疗前均有改善。椎旁压痛治疗组各时间点较治疗前均明显改善，而对照组无明显改善。结论银质针针刺颈“夹脊穴”治疗神经根型颈椎病是一疗效较好的方法。
목적관찰은질침침자”경협척혈”치료신경근형경추병적림상료효。방법선취진단위신경근형경추병적환자84례，수궤분위량조，치료조42례，은질침침자경“협척혈”치료；대조조42례，채용물리강복치료。치료결속후3개월급1년관찰총유효솔、양성체정변화。결과①총유효솔：치료조치료후3개월，1년분별위95.23%、92.85%，대조조유효솔분별위78.57%、59.52%。②양성체정：압정시험급비총견랍시험치료후3개월급1년치료조여대조조교치료전균유개선。추방압통치료조각시간점교치료전균명현개선，이대조조무명현개선。결론은질침침자경“협척혈”치료신경근형경추병시일료효교호적방법。
Objective To investigate the ef ect of the treatment by acupuncture the cervical “jiaji”Acupoint with Silver Needle on the patients with cervical vertebra disease of the nerve root type. Methods Eighty four patients with cervical vertebra disease of the nerve root type were divided randomly into therapy group (42), treated by acupuncturing cervical “jiaji”Acupoint with Silver Needle, and control group (42),treated with physical therapy. Results①The total ef ective rate was 95.23%、92.85%in therapy group 3month, 1year after treatment respectively and 78.57%、59.52%in control group. ②positive physical sign: the positive sign of top test and Brachial plexus traction test got less 3month, 1year after treatment than before in two groups. Paraspinal tenderness got less 3month, 1year after treatment than before in therapy group and it doesn’t in the control group. Conclusion Acupuncturing cervical“jiaji”Acupoint with Silver Needle is an ef ective treatment for the patients with cervical vertebra disease of the nerve root type.
