目的探讨对腹股沟疝行无张力修补术患者进行舒适护理后，患者的疼痛感和满意度情况。方法将60病例随机分为舒适护理组和常规护理组。常规护理组使用普通的围术期护理方法；舒适护理组在此基础上使用舒适护理干预。对两组患者的住院时间、从住院时间、并发症、满意度进行调查和对比。结果两组患者术后情况比较的对比结果可以看出，舒适护理组的满意度达到了100%，且术后平均住院时间是(6.0±0.3)d，并发症1例，占比3.3%；常规护理组的满意度达到66.7%，且术后平均住院时间是(8.5±2.1)d，并发症5例，占比16.7%；舒适护理组住院时间、并发症、满意度的结果均优于常规护理组，<0.05.结论针对腹股沟疝患者行无张力修补术以后进行舒适护理能够有效的减轻患者的疼痛，提高患者的满意度。

Objective To study the patients with inguinal hernia repair line without tension after the comfortable nursing in patients with pain and satisfaction. Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into the comfortable nursing group and routine nursing group. Conclusion After repair for inguinal hernia patients without tension of comfortable nursing can ef ectively ease the pain of patients, improve patient satisfaction.
