目的:探讨应用品管圈提高器械清洗质量的作用。方法:开展品管圈活动,把握现状,分析造成器械清洗不彻底的要因,制定对策并实施,达到持续质量改进。结果:实施前目测器械清洗不合格率为2.30%,实施后目测器械清洗不合格率为0.58%,实施前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:开展品管圈活动能有效地提高医疗器械清洗质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of applying Quality Control Circle (QCC) to improve instrumental cleaning quality. Methods:We carried out QCC activities, grasped the current situation, analyzed the cause of incomplete instrumental cleaning, developed and implemented the strategies, and attained the continuous quality improvement. Results:The unqualiifed instrumental cleaning rate decreased from 2.30%to 0.58%by visual inspection before and after the implementation, and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.01). Conclusion: The QCC can effectively improve the quality of medical instruments cleaning quality.
