目的通过了解滨江高教园区高校师生所存在的口腔疾病的种类,大致的比例;了解到滨江高教园区高校学生对于口腔问题的关注度、对于口腔知识的了解程度以及存在的知识误区;分析找出日常口腔保健情况与口腔疾病的发生存在的联系,为今后制定口腔疾病防治规章、改善滨江高教园区口腔医疗服务措施及有针对性地开展口腔保健知识宣传。方法采取抽样按照多点、不等比、随机抽样的原则进行。自行设计问卷、走进校园、走进宿舍、设摊以及举办活动等多种方式结合抽样调查滨江高教园区的师生。结果调查共发放问卷500份,回收有效问卷485份,有效率97%。对于自身口腔状况的判断良好者(口腔疾病有2种以下)87人,占17.9%,轻度者(口腔疾病有3~5种)318人,占65.6%,重度者80人,占16.5%;对于口腔健康的关注度,如患口腔疾病是否及时治疗,治疗方式的选择,治疗情况的好坏,大多数人并不太关注;对于口腔保健知识认知方面,对于多长时间检查一次牙齿为宜,对于保健牙刷的要求,正确的刷牙方式等的认知情况较差。结论由于饮食情况,家庭教育,口腔健康关注度,口腔知识的匮乏等原因导致滨江高教园区师生的口腔健康状况不佳,对口腔正畸、口腔美容、智齿拔除、龋病牙周病治疗、种植牙修复等的需求度较大。因此开展口腔保健的宣传教育很必要,应该通过广播传播、宣传册发放、定期举办口腔健康服务活动等多种形式项目加强滨江高教园区师生的口腔健康。

Objective By studying the oral diseases in teachers and students of Binjiang Higher Education Zone and the rate of these oral diseases,we learned about awareness of oral diseases and the mislead of oral knowledge.Analyzing of daily oral care,we can find out the link of oral diseases and prevent oral disease and form control regulations in future.We also can improve Binjiang Higher Education Zone oral health care measures for high education and to car y out targeted oral health knowledge propaganda based on the survey.Methods We used multi point,non-uniform,random sampling principles to take samples.We designed questionnaire buy ourselves,walked into the campus,dormitory and set up stal s even hold events to finish the survey on higher education students in Binjiang Higher Education Zone.Results We sanded out 500 questionnaires,485 valid questionnaires were recovered,with an ef iciency of 97%.From the data we knew fol ows.For themselves,the people think themselves with good condition of oral (have at least two kinds oral diseases)is 87,accounted for 17.9%,the people with mild symptoms (have 3~5 oral diseases)is 318,accounting for 65.6%,the people with serious is80 people,accounted for 16.5%.For oral health concerns,such as the risk for oral disease timely treatment,selection of treatment,treatment is good or bad,most people don't pay much at ention to the cognition;oral health knowledge,to check how long a tooth is appropriate,for health care toothbrush requirements,the cor ect brushing method of cognition is poor.Conclusion Due to diet,family education,oral health care,oral knowledge,the oral health status of Binjiang Higher Education Park,teachers and students is poor and the demands of orthodontics,oral beauty,wisdom tooth extraction,dental caries treatment of periodontal disease,dental implant restoration is big.Therefore,it is necessary to car y out the education of oral health.we should strengthen the oral health of people in Binjiang Higher Education Zone in various forms such as broadcasting,issuing brochures,regular oral health service activities.
