1例23岁男学生因肺炎静脉滴注甲磺酸左氧氟沙星注射液0.4g,1次/d。第3d,患者诉阵发性心悸不适。第9d,患者诉全身疲乏无力,易饥饿,头晕,出汗。第10d,复查空腹血糖3.71 mmol/l,考虑左氧氟沙星导致低血糖反应。立即停用甲磺酸左氧氟沙星注射液。第11d,心悸,乏力消失。复查空腹血糖4.03mmol/l。

1례23세남학생인폐염정맥적주갑광산좌양불사성주사액0.4g,1차/d。제3d,환자소진발성심계불괄。제9d,환자소전신피핍무력,역기아,두훈,출한。제10d,복사공복혈당3.71 mmol/l,고필좌양불사성도치저혈당반응。립즉정용갑광산좌양불사성주사액。제11d,심계,핍력소실。복사공복혈당4.03mmol/l。
A 23 years old male suf ered from Pneumonia was intravenous injection of mysylate levofloxacin 0.4 grams,once a day.Third days,patients with paroxysmal heart palpitations discomfort.On the ninth day,the patient complained of fatigue,hunger,dizziness,sweating.On the tenth day,the blood glucose of 3.71 mmol/l was reviewed.Consider levofloxacin lead to hypoglycemia.The levofloxacin was stopped injection.Then heart palpitations,fatigue disappeared.Review the fasting blood glucose was 4.03mmol/l.
