针对某锌冶炼厂高温高酸工艺得到的难选锌渣,进行物质组成及银赋存状态和组合捕收剂及调整剂对银浮选指标影响的研究.试验结果表明,在丁胺黑药+乙硫氮按2:1配比800 g/t,六偏磷酸钠600 g/t,硫化钠800 g/t的最佳药剂制度下,开路工艺流程经优化后可获得银品位为2 301 g/t、回收率为57.29%的综合银精矿,比未优化开路工艺流程获得的银精矿回收率(40.05%)提高17.24%.采用"快速浮选,一粗二精二扫"的工艺进行闭路试验,可获得银品位3 087 g/t、回收率5.67%的银精矿1,银品位2 186 g/t、回收率61.23%的银精矿2,实现了对银的回收.

To handle the refractory zinc leach residue out of the high-temperature and high-acid leaching zinc process, the effects of material composition, silver occurrence, the combination collectors and modifiers on the flotation indexes of silver are studied in this paper. The results showe that under the optimal pharmacy system of ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate and B sulfur nitrogen(2:1) as assemble collector 800 g/t,(NaO3P)6 600 g/t, Na2S 800g/t ,the silver concentrate can be get after open process optimized whose grade is 2 301 g/t with the recovery rate of 57.29 %. The recovery increases by 17.24 % compared to the unoptimized open circuit test (40.05 %). Silver concentrate whose silver grade is 3 087 g/t, recovery rate 5.67 % , and the other silver concentrate whose silver grade is 2 186 g/t, recovery rate 61.23%are achieved by the closed circuit process.
