目的：：了解农村老年慢性心力衰竭住院患者入院后和出院后一个月生活质量的差别。方法：对136例农村老年慢性心力衰竭住院患者进行一般情况调查，在入院后和出院后一个月分别采用明尼苏达州心力衰竭生活质量调查表。结果：农村老年慢性心力衰竭住院患者入院病情稳定后生活质量得分为(52.45±17.54)分，出院后一个月生活质量得分为(30.84±11.62)分。心功能分级与生活质量总分有显著相关性，心功能越差，生活质量越差。结论：农村老年慢性心力衰竭住院患者的生活质量低，有效治疗以及家庭和社会的帮助能提高其生活质量。
목적：：료해농촌노년만성심력쇠갈주원환자입원후화출원후일개월생활질량적차별。방법：대136례농촌노년만성심력쇠갈주원환자진행일반정황조사，재입원후화출원후일개월분별채용명니소체주심력쇠갈생활질량조사표。결과：농촌노년만성심력쇠갈주원환자입원병정은정후생활질량득분위(52.45±17.54)분，출원후일개월생활질량득분위(30.84±11.62)분。심공능분급여생활질량총분유현저상관성，심공능월차，생활질량월차。결론：농촌노년만성심력쇠갈주원환자적생활질량저，유효치료이급가정화사회적방조능제고기생활질량。
Objective:To study the different in-hospital and out-hospital of quality of life in village elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:136 village aged people with chronic heart failure were investigated using Minnesota quality of life questionnaire in the time in-hospital and out-hospital.Results:Minnesota quality of life questionnaire score of village elderly people with chronic heart failure was 52.45 ± 1 7.54 in the time in-hospital,and the score was 30.84 ± 1 1.62 in the time out-hospital.The grade of heart function was closely related to the score.The worse the grade of heart function the lower of quality of life.Conclusion:Quality of life village elderly people with chronic heart failure was low.Family and society should help them to improve quality of life through treatment.
