目的：探讨团体心理治疗对住院康复期精神分裂症患者精神症状和社会功能的影响。方法：将60例康复期精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组给予药物治疗，观察组在药物治疗基础上给予半年的团体心理治疗。在治疗前和治疗半年后对两组分别用PANSS（阴性与阳性症状量表）、ADL（日常生活能力量表）进行疗效评定。结果：两组PANSS、ADL评分均低于治疗前，对照组减分率低于观察组，对照组量表治疗前后差值小于观察组的前后差值，均具有统计学意义（t＝4．313，3．628；P＜0．001）。结论：团体心理治疗可明显改善康复期精神分裂症患者的精神症状，促进社会功能恢复。
목적：탐토단체심리치료대주원강복기정신분렬증환자정신증상화사회공능적영향。방법：장60례강복기정신분렬증환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각30례，대조조급여약물치료，관찰조재약물치료기출상급여반년적단체심리치료。재치료전화치료반년후대량조분별용PANSS（음성여양성증상량표）、ADL（일상생활능역량표）진행료효평정。결과：량조PANSS、ADL평분균저우치료전，대조조감분솔저우관찰조，대조조량표치료전후차치소우관찰조적전후차치，균구유통계학의의（t＝4．313，3．628；P＜0．001）。결론：단체심리치료가명현개선강복기정신분렬증환자적정신증상，촉진사회공능회복。
Objective:To explore the effect of group psychotherapy on rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients of psychiatric symptoms and social function .Methods:60 patients with schizophrenia were ran-domly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group,the control group was given drug treatment ,observation group given group psychotherapy on the basis of drug treatment for half a year.Before treatment and six months later ,two groups completed PANSS ( with positive and negative symptom scale ) ,ADL( activity of daily living scale ) .Results:PANSS,ADL in two groups were lower after treatment than those before treatment;The score decreased more slowly in control group than that in the observation group(t=4.313,3.628;P<0.001).Conclusion:Mental symptom group psychological treat-ment can obviously improve the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia and promote the recovery of social function .
