目的:检测苯扎贝特干预后小鼠肝脏 SR-B1mRNA 表达,探讨苯扎贝特干预后对小鼠肝脏 B 族 I 型清道夫受体(SR-B1)mRNA 的影响。方法:35只 C57BL/6小鼠随机分为5组,分别给予普通饲料、不同剂量的苯扎贝特(0.1%、0.25%、0.5%、0.75%)添加普通饲料喂养4周后,应用逆转录聚合酶链反应测定小鼠肝脏 SR-B1mRNA 表达。结果:不同剂量苯扎贝特(0.1%、0.25%、0.5%、0.75%)干预后小鼠肝脏 SR-BImRNA 的表达分别为0.22±0.07、0.53±0.04、0.84±0.01、0.92±0.05,与对照组0.11±0.04比较,苯扎贝特明显增加小鼠肝脏 SR-BImRNA 的表达。结论:苯扎贝特能够上调肝脏 SR-B1mRNA 表达,促进体内胆固醇逆转运,利于动脉粥样硬化防治。
目的:檢測苯扎貝特榦預後小鼠肝髒 SR-B1mRNA 錶達,探討苯扎貝特榦預後對小鼠肝髒 B 族 I 型清道伕受體(SR-B1)mRNA 的影響。方法:35隻 C57BL/6小鼠隨機分為5組,分彆給予普通飼料、不同劑量的苯扎貝特(0.1%、0.25%、0.5%、0.75%)添加普通飼料餵養4週後,應用逆轉錄聚閤酶鏈反應測定小鼠肝髒 SR-B1mRNA 錶達。結果:不同劑量苯扎貝特(0.1%、0.25%、0.5%、0.75%)榦預後小鼠肝髒 SR-BImRNA 的錶達分彆為0.22±0.07、0.53±0.04、0.84±0.01、0.92±0.05,與對照組0.11±0.04比較,苯扎貝特明顯增加小鼠肝髒 SR-BImRNA 的錶達。結論:苯扎貝特能夠上調肝髒 SR-B1mRNA 錶達,促進體內膽固醇逆轉運,利于動脈粥樣硬化防治。
목적:검측분찰패특간예후소서간장 SR-B1mRNA 표체,탐토분찰패특간예후대소서간장 B 족 I 형청도부수체(SR-B1)mRNA 적영향。방법:35지 C57BL/6소서수궤분위5조,분별급여보통사료、불동제량적분찰패특(0.1%、0.25%、0.5%、0.75%)첨가보통사료위양4주후,응용역전록취합매련반응측정소서간장 SR-B1mRNA 표체。결과:불동제량분찰패특(0.1%、0.25%、0.5%、0.75%)간예후소서간장 SR-BImRNA 적표체분별위0.22±0.07、0.53±0.04、0.84±0.01、0.92±0.05,여대조조0.11±0.04비교,분찰패특명현증가소서간장 SR-BImRNA 적표체。결론:분찰패특능구상조간장 SR-B1mRNA 표체,촉진체내담고순역전운,리우동맥죽양경화방치。
[Abtract]ObjectiveAim This study is to observe effect of benzafibrate on The Scavenger receptor class B type I.(SR-BI) mRNA expression of liver. Methods 35 male C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into four groups and treated with ordinary diet or plus different dosage (0.1%, 0.25%, 0.5%, 0.75% W/W) of bezafibrate for 4 weeks. Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to evaluate mRNA expression level of SR-BI. Results The SR-BImRNA expression of liver in mice treated with bezafibrate (0.1%, 0.25%, 0.5%, 0.75%) were upregulated by 0.22±0.07、0.53±0.04、0.84±0.01、0.92 ±0.05,compared to those in control group. Conclusions Bezafibrate upregulate the mRNA expression of SR-B1 to mediate the selective uptake of cholesteryl esters from HDL in the liver, so it will be in favor of the prevention of atherosclerosis.
