目的:了解高三学生心理弹性水平,并探讨学业自我效能感、社会支持与心理弹性的相关性。方法:采用Connor和Davidson心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)中文版、学业自我效能感量表、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对895名高三学生进行团体施测。结果:①高三学生心理弹性总分为(61.32±11.94),高心理弹性组社会支持和学业自我效能感得分显著高于低弹性组( t=-6.729,-14.883;P<0.01);②心理弹性与学习能力、学习行为、主观支持、客观支持、利用度和积极应对之间均显著正相关( r=0.113~0.544,P<0.01);③回归分析发现学习能力(β=0.503)、学习行为(β=0.178)、主观支持(β=0.096)、利用度(β=0.058)对心理弹性有显著预测作用( F =120.261,P<0.01)。结论:高三学生心理弹性水平较低,可以通过改善学生学业能力自我评价和增加主观支持和利用度来促进其心理弹性水平。

Objective:To explore the level of psychological resilience of senior three students ,and an-alyze the relationship among academic self -efficacy,social support and resilience .Methods:895 senior three students were investigated by the Chinese version of CD -RISC,academic self-efficacy scale ,and social support rating scale ( SSRS) .Results:①The students had low level of resilience with the average score(61.32 ±11.94),and the score of self-efficacy,social support in high resilient group were signifi-cantly higher than those in low resilient group's(t=-6.729,-14.883;P<0.01).②Resilience was posi-tively correlated with learning capacity ,learning activity ,objective support ,subjective support and availa-bility(r=0.113~0.544,P<0.01).③Learning capacity(β=0.503),learning activity(β=0.178), subjective support(β=0.096)and availability(β=0.058)were significant predictors of resilience ana-lyzed by multiple linear regression (F=120.261,P<0.01).Conclusion:The level of resilience of senior three students is low ,improving the academic self -efficacy and social support can be possible way to pro-mote the resilience level .
