目的：为找到疏肝补肾的传统中医方法对治疗乳腺增生的机理研究。方法：采用 SD 雌性大鼠建立乳腺增生模型，进行传统中药疏肝补肾的方法治疗。再通过四氯化碳（CCl4）肌肉注射来制作肝肾功能受损的乳腺增生大鼠病理模型，再进行传统的治疗，观察治疗效果。结果：中药对乳腺增生组 SD 大鼠有明显的治疗效果，通过微量丙二醛（MDA）测试盒进行检测间接反映出细胞损伤的程度。结论：我们的实验结果对传统中医使用的疏肝补肾的方法进行乳腺增生的机理的研究具有重要意义。
목적：위조도소간보신적전통중의방법대치료유선증생적궤리연구。방법：채용 SD 자성대서건립유선증생모형，진행전통중약소간보신적방법치료。재통과사록화탄（CCl4）기육주사래제작간신공능수손적유선증생대서병리모형，재진행전통적치료，관찰치료효과。결과：중약대유선증생조 SD 대서유명현적치료효과，통과미량병이철（MDA）측시합진행검측간접반영출세포손상적정도。결론：아문적실험결과대전통중의사용적소간보신적방법진행유선증생적궤리적연구구유중요의의。
ObjectiveIn order to found the research of traditional Chinese medicine of tonifying the kidney and smoothing the liver treated for gland hyperplasia mechanisms. Methods We Use the SD female rats built the mammary gland proliferation model, traditional Chinese medicine of tonifying the kidney and smoothing the liver treated, then use the CCl4 intramuscular injection to build the model of mammary gland proliferation of liver and kidney function damaged, then use the traditional method to treaded and observation treatment result. Results Chinese medicine treaded the mammary gland proliferation has distinct treatment effect, by MDA test box test indirect reflect the degree of the cell damage. Conclusion Our experiment demonstrates that the traditional Chinese medicine of tonifying the kidney and smoothing the liver treated for gland hyperplasia mechanisms has significance.
