目的:研究128层螺旋 CT 三维成像在骨关节外伤中的临床应用价值讨论。方法:回顾性分析我院从2013年10月至2014年3月收治的骨关节外伤患者42例,主要为车祸伤病人,其中包括车祸伤36例,坠落伤2例,拳击及钝器伤4例,分别对其实行128层螺旋 CT 三维成像与 X 线检查;其中 X 线组实施 X 线检查,128层螺旋CT 组实施128层螺旋 CT 检查,对比分析两种方法对骨关节外伤的检出率、发现关节内碎骨的比较、骨折塌陷的诊断。结果:128层螺旋 CT 组比 X 线组的骨关节外伤检出率高,差异具有统计学意义;128层螺旋 CT 组比 X 线组发现关节内碎片多,差异具有统计学意义;128层螺旋 CT 组比 X 线组的骨折塌陷诊断率高,差异具有统计学意义。结论:128层螺旋 CT 三维重建可以精确地显示病变的立体形态,还能显示各解剖结构的空间关系,发现骨折碎片与骨折塌陷,是目前诊断外伤骨折的理想方法。
目的:研究128層螺鏇 CT 三維成像在骨關節外傷中的臨床應用價值討論。方法:迴顧性分析我院從2013年10月至2014年3月收治的骨關節外傷患者42例,主要為車禍傷病人,其中包括車禍傷36例,墜落傷2例,拳擊及鈍器傷4例,分彆對其實行128層螺鏇 CT 三維成像與 X 線檢查;其中 X 線組實施 X 線檢查,128層螺鏇CT 組實施128層螺鏇 CT 檢查,對比分析兩種方法對骨關節外傷的檢齣率、髮現關節內碎骨的比較、骨摺塌陷的診斷。結果:128層螺鏇 CT 組比 X 線組的骨關節外傷檢齣率高,差異具有統計學意義;128層螺鏇 CT 組比 X 線組髮現關節內碎片多,差異具有統計學意義;128層螺鏇 CT 組比 X 線組的骨摺塌陷診斷率高,差異具有統計學意義。結論:128層螺鏇 CT 三維重建可以精確地顯示病變的立體形態,還能顯示各解剖結構的空間關繫,髮現骨摺碎片與骨摺塌陷,是目前診斷外傷骨摺的理想方法。
목적:연구128층라선 CT 삼유성상재골관절외상중적림상응용개치토론。방법:회고성분석아원종2013년10월지2014년3월수치적골관절외상환자42례,주요위차화상병인,기중포괄차화상36례,추락상2례,권격급둔기상4례,분별대기실행128층라선 CT 삼유성상여 X 선검사;기중 X 선조실시 X 선검사,128층라선CT 조실시128층라선 CT 검사,대비분석량충방법대골관절외상적검출솔、발현관절내쇄골적비교、골절탑함적진단。결과:128층라선 CT 조비 X 선조적골관절외상검출솔고,차이구유통계학의의;128층라선 CT 조비 X 선조발현관절내쇄편다,차이구유통계학의의;128층라선 CT 조비 X 선조적골절탑함진단솔고,차이구유통계학의의。결론:128층라선 CT 삼유중건가이정학지현시병변적입체형태,환능현시각해부결구적공간관계,발현골절쇄편여골절탑함,시목전진단외상골절적이상방법。
ObjectiveStudy of 128 slice spiral CT 3D imaging in bone and joint injury in the clinical application value of discussion.MethodsA retrospective analysis of 42 patients in our hospital from 2013 October to 2014 of bone and joint injury treated in March cases, mainly for road traffic injury patients, including 36 cases of traffic accident, falling injury in 2 cases, 4 cases of boxing and blunt injury, respectively in 128 slice spiral CT 3D imaging and X-ray examination; the X-ray group the implementation of X-ray examination, 128 slice spiral CT group received 128 slice spiral CT examination, comparative analy-sis of two methods of bone and joint injury, joint detection rate comparison, found fragments of bone in diagnosis of fracture and collapse.Results128 slice spiral CT group positive rate higher than the trauma of bone and joint X-ray group, with statistically significant difference; 128 slice spiral CT group found that intra-articular fragments than X-ray group, with statistically sig-nificant difference; 128 slice spiral CT group than the X-ray group fracture and collapse has high diagnostic rate, statistically significant differences.Conclusion128 slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction can accurately display the three-dimensional shape of lesions, but also show the anatomical structure of spatial relations, found that the fracture fragments and fracture collapse, is the ideal method for diagnosis of traumatic fractures.
