目的:针对高中生父母教养方式与心理健康相关分析,为高中学生心理健康教育及心理发展提供依据。方法:采用中学生心理健康量表(MSSMHS)和父母教养方式评价量表(EMBU)以班级为单位进行团体施测。结果:有57.02%的学生总均分≥2分,即存在轻度以上心理问题,有7.76%的学生总均分≥3分,即存在中度以上心理问题,有0.90%的学生总均分≥4分,即存在严重的心理问题。父母情感温暖理解得分与总体心理健康及各因子得分呈显著负相关(r=-0.12~-0.33,P<0.01),父亲严厉惩罚、父亲拒绝否认、母亲过分干涉保护、母亲拒绝否认、母亲严厉惩罚与总体心理健康及各因子分呈显著正相关(r=0.14~0.53,P<0.01)。结论:父母的教养方式对高中生的心理发展影响很大,心理健康教育应该把高中生群体放在一个重要的地位。

Objective:To explore the relationship between parenting style and mental health of high school students ,and provide the basis for high school students'mental health education and psychological development .Methods:Using Mental Health Scale ( MSSMHS ) and parenting styles rating scale ( EMBU ) to survey in the class as a unit group .Results:There were a total 57 .02 percent of students sharing ≥2 points,namely the presence of mild psychological problems ,there were 7.76%of total average student ≥3 points,namely the presence of moderate psychological problems , there were a total 0.90 percent of students sharing ≥4 points,that there was a serious psychological problems .Parental warmth and under-standing showed a significantly negative correlation with the overall score and factor scores of mental health(t=-0.12~-0.33,P<0.01),father rigor and punishment,father decline and denial,mother ex-cessive interference and protection ,mother decline and denial ,mother rigor and punishment showed signif-icantly positive correlation with mental health total score and factor scores (t=0.14~0.53,P<0.01). Conclusion:Parenting style has a great influence on the mental development of high school students ,men-tal health education should be placed in a special group of high school students an important position .
