目的 探讨中期因子对骨折端微血管生成对骨折愈合的影响. 方法 采用兔尺骨骨折模型,给以中期因子持续刺激骨折端7天为实验组,给予生理盐水刺激的为对照组,然后在21、42、63、84天,分别获取标本. 采用组织学Lane-sandhu评分分析骨组织的生成;免疫组化分析骨折端VEGF和CD34表达来探讨骨折端的微血管生长情况,采用图像分析和MVD评分进行统计分析. 结果 组织学Lane-sandhu评分在42和63天实验组明显高于对照组,VEGF表达在42和63天实验组明显高于对照组;而CD34在42、63、84天周实验组明显高于对照组. 结论 中期因子通过刺激骨折端微血管增生增加是骨折端骨痂生长加快的原因,有利于骨折愈合.

목적 탐토중기인자대골절단미혈관생성대골절유합적영향. 방법 채용토척골골절모형,급이중기인자지속자격골절단7천위실험조,급여생리염수자격적위대조조,연후재21、42、63、84천,분별획취표본. 채용조직학Lane-sandhu평분분석골조직적생성;면역조화분석골절단VEGF화CD34표체래탐토골절단적미혈관생장정황,채용도상분석화MVD평분진행통계분석. 결과 조직학Lane-sandhu평분재42화63천실험조명현고우대조조,VEGF표체재42화63천실험조명현고우대조조;이CD34재42、63、84천주실험조명현고우대조조. 결론 중기인자통과자격골절단미혈관증생증가시골절단골가생장가쾌적원인,유리우골절유합.
Objective To explore the angiogenesis in bone healing process stimulated by midkine on rabbit fracture model .Meth-ods Rabbit Ulna fracture model , putted MK gelatin sponge to the bone fracture defects and inject MK everyday continuing one week on experimental group , control group just use physiological saline gelatin sponge inject physiological saline at same time .Harvested the exam-ples at 21,42,63,84 days respectively .Bone formation was evaluated according to the Lane -Sandhu criteria , analyzed the expression of VEGF and CD34 by immunohistochemisty.Results According to the Lane-Sandhu criteria,we found that at 42 days and 63 days the bone healing of experimental group was better than control group , as same as the expression of VEGF .The expression of CD34 in experi-mental group was better than control group at 21,42,63 days respectively .Conclusion We considered that MK promoting the bone for-mation in rabbit fracture model by induce neovascularization .It could be used to enhanced the healing of fracture .
