目的:观察针刀结合超短波治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效.方法 :治疗组88例用针刀结合超短波治疗,对照组89例用针刺治疗.结果:总有效率治疗组93.18%、对照组84.27%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗后疼痛及肩关节活动度均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),两组比较差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05).结论:针刀结合超短波治疗肩关节周围炎疗效明显优于针刺治疗.

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the needle knife combined with ultrashort wave therapy and acupuncture in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder. Method:177 patients were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group (n=88)were treated with needle knife combined with ultrashort wave therapy while the control group (n=89) were treated with acupuncture. Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95% while that of the control group was 81%. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The threrapeutic effect of treatment of needle knife combined with ultrashort wave therapy is superior to that of acupuncture on periarthritis of shoulder .
