目的:探讨HOST2和HOTAIR 在上皮性卵巢癌组织中联合检测的意义.方法:应用荧光定量PCR检测21例上皮性卵巢癌和21例上皮性正常卵巢组织的表达情况.结果:HOST2在上皮性卵巢癌组和正常卵巢组阳性率分别为90.4%、5.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).HOTAIR在上皮性卵巢癌组和正常卵巢组阳性率分别为85.7%、14.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).HOST2联合HOTAIR检测上皮性卵巢癌的阳性率为95.2%,在正常卵巢组织组中没有发现两者同时阳性.结论:HOST2和HOTAIR均在上皮性卵巢癌中表达升高,可成为提高上皮性卵巢癌诊断率的分子肿瘤标志物.HOST2和HOTAIR联合检测可以提高检测的灵敏度和特异性.

Objective:To investigate the significance of combined detection of HOTAIR and HOST2 in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues. Method:The expression was detected in 21 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer and 21 cases of normal ovarian tissues by fluorescence quantitative PCR. Result:The expression rate of HOST2 in epithelial ovarian cancer group and normal ovarian cancer group was 90.4% and 5.6% respectively and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The expression rate of HOTAIR in epithelial ovarian cancer and normal ovary was 85.7% and 14.2% respectively and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The expression rate of HOST2 combined with HOTAIR in the detection of epithelial ovarian cancer was 95.2%.There was no expression in normal ovarian tissue. Conclusion:The high expression of HOST2 and HOTAIR is in epithelial ovarian cancer,which could improve the epithelial ovarian cancer molecular diagnosis of tumor markers. The Combined detection of HOST2 and HOTAIR could improve the sensitivity and specificity of detection.
