目的：通过对酒精相关性胃粘膜损伤患者采取康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗的方法，探究这种疗法的临床疗效。方法：从2013年3月～2014年12月期间在我院进行治疗的酒精相关性胃粘膜损伤的患者中随机抽出100名平均分为两组，实验组患者采取康复新液联合雷贝拉唑进行治疗，对照组患者仅采取雷贝拉唑进行治疗，比较经过一段时间治疗后两组患者症状改善率以及治疗后胃镜复查胃黏膜改善率情况的比较。结果：经过一段时间的治疗，实验组患者症状的改善率明显优于对照组患者，同时胃镜复查胃粘膜改善率也超过对照组患者，数据的比较均可以得到 P<0.05，差异在统计学上有意义。结论：对于酒精相关性胃黏膜损伤的治疗，康复新液联合雷贝拉唑的疗法比较雷贝拉唑单独疗法来说，能够更好、更快的起到缓解患者症状、改善损伤的胃粘膜的目的，具有明显的疗效且治疗的不良反较轻。
목적：통과대주정상관성위점막손상환자채취강복신액연합뢰패랍서치료적방법，탐구저충요법적림상료효。방법：종2013년3월～2014년12월기간재아원진행치료적주정상관성위점막손상적환자중수궤추출100명평균분위량조，실험조환자채취강복신액연합뢰패랍서진행치료，대조조환자부채취뢰패랍서진행치료，비교경과일단시간치료후량조환자증상개선솔이급치료후위경복사위점막개선솔정황적비교。결과：경과일단시간적치료，실험조환자증상적개선솔명현우우대조조환자，동시위경복사위점막개선솔야초과대조조환자，수거적비교균가이득도 P<0.05，차이재통계학상유의의。결론：대우주정상관성위점막손상적치료，강복신액연합뢰패랍서적요법비교뢰패랍서단독요법래설，능구경호、경쾌적기도완해환자증상、개선손상적위점막적목적，구유명현적료효차치료적불량반교경。
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of new recovery liquid combined with rabeprazole on treating alcohol correlation mucous membrane through this two methods on patients. Method Selected 100 patients who treated alcohol cor-relation mucous membrane from March 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital, they were divided into two groups equally, test group used Fuxinkangye combined with rabeprazole, test group only used rabeprazole, compared the improvement rate of symptoms and improvement of gastric mucosa under gastroscope of two groups. Result After treatment, the improvement rate of symptoms in test group was obvious better than control group as well as the improvement of gastric mucosa under gastroscope, all P<0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion Compared with single rabeprazole, new recovery liquid combined with rabeprazole on treating alcohol correlation mucous membrane can release patients’symptoms, improve the gastric mucosa and has obvious curative effect and low adverse reactions.
