目的:探讨复方丹参滴丸辅助西药治疗外伤性癫痫的临床疗效。方法:将我院2009年3月到2014年6月收治的140外伤性癫痫患者平均分为两组,对照组采用单纯西药治疗治疗,实验组采用复方丹参滴丸辅助西药治疗。治疗结束后,对比两组患者的血清炎症指标、血浆 NO 水平变化情况及临床效果。结果:治疗结束后,实验组患者的血清 TNF-α、IL-6、CRP 含量明显低于对照组,血浆 NO 水平显著高于对照组,总有效率极显著高于对照组。结论:复方丹参滴丸联合西医常规治疗,可有效减轻难治性外伤性癫痫病人体内的炎症因子水平,抑制血栓形成,提高难治性外伤性癫痫的治疗效果。

목적:탐토복방단삼적환보조서약치료외상성전간적림상료효。방법:장아원2009년3월도2014년6월수치적140외상성전간환자평균분위량조,대조조채용단순서약치료치료,실험조채용복방단삼적환보조서약치료。치료결속후,대비량조환자적혈청염증지표、혈장 NO 수평변화정황급림상효과。결과:치료결속후,실험조환자적혈청 TNF-α、IL-6、CRP 함량명현저우대조조,혈장 NO 수평현저고우대조조,총유효솔겁현저고우대조조。결론:복방단삼적환연합서의상규치료,가유효감경난치성외상성전간병인체내적염증인자수평,억제혈전형성,제고난치성외상성전간적치료효과。
ObjectiveTo explore the therapeutic value compound Danshen dripping pills combined with western medicine in the treatment of traumatic epilepsy. Methods 140 patients with traumatic epilepsy who got medical treatment in our hospital from 2009 March to 2014 June were divided two groups, patients in control group were treated with western medicine, whereas patients in experimental group were cured with compound Danshen dripping pills combined with western medicine. Compare the serum inflammatory biomarkers, plasma NO level and curative effect of these two groups after the implementation of treat-ment. ResultsThe serum TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP of experimental group were significantly lower than control group, the plasma NO level was significantly higher than control group, total effective rate was significantly higher than control group. Conclusion Compound Danshen dripping pills combined with western medicine could alleviate the inflammation level, inhibite the forma-tion of thrombosis, as well as improve the therapeutic effect of traumatic epilepsy.
