目的:观察微波烙法治疗儿童鼻出血的临床疗效.方法:114例分为观察组和对照组,观察组57例采用微波烙法治疗,对照组57例采用鼻腔填塞及药物治疗.结果:总有效率观察组94.7%,对照组77.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:微波烙法治疗儿童鼻出血疗效满意.

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of microwave cauterization in the treatment of children nosebleed. Method:a total of 114 children were divided into the treatment group and the control group.57 cases were treated by the microwave cauterization treatment as the treatment group while 57 cases were treated with the nasal packing and drug therapy as the control group. Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 94.7% while that of the control group was 77.2%. There was a significant difference between the two group(P<0.05).Conclusion:microwave cauterization treatment has satisfactory curative effect on children nosebleed.
