With the hydropower engineering troops incorporated into the emergency rescue force system , it is very necessary to discuss the professional technical support issues in performing emergency rescue mission .On the basis of analyzing the character-istics and existing difficulties of professional technical support , a number of specific countermeasures were put forward , such as the personnel training , predetermined plan improving , integration of practice and theory and science and technique innovation strengthening .These measures are aimed at opening up a way for professional technical support on the basis of the characteristics of hydropower engineering troops , so as to ensure the scientific and efficient fulfillment of the emergency rescue mission .
