在贵州省息烽永靖工业园区道路边坡开挖施工中，为了减少施工防护工序，提高施工效率，降低成本，决定采用预裂控制爆破技术。由于爆破施工区周围分布有民房、高压线、输油管线、国道、园区指挥部等，给爆破施工设计带来了一定困难。通过详细分析施工区周围建筑物及各种设施的分布情况、地质情况以及爆破振动可能产生的影响，拟定了爆破施工及防护方案并优化设计了各种爆破施工参数。施工安案应用于实际施工中取得了良好的效果，道路边坡成型良好，周围房屋和各种设施未受到明显影响，说明爆破施工方案合理。

In the excavation of the road and slope of Xifeng Yongjing Industry Park , in order to reduce construction protection procedure and cost and improve the construction efficiency , the pre-split controlling technology was adopted .The blast design was difficult because the civil resident house , high-voltage line, oil pipe, national road, the industry park headquarter etc.are distributed in the surrounding area .Through detail analysis of the distribution of various surrounding structures and facilities dis -tribution and geology in construction area and the possible impact of blasting , the blast and construction parameters as well as the construction protection plan were designed , optimized and applied in practical construction .The check results after construction show that the road slope is well shaped , the structure and facilities in the surrounding area are not affected significantly , which proves that the blast construction scheme is reasonable .A detailed introduction to the design process of the blast construction scheme is given to offer reference to similar projects .
