在观音岩水电站溢流坝段溢流面施工中,由于结构设计、施工工艺等原因,致使部分混凝土存在Ⅰ类裂缝、麻面、气泡、划痕及墙根缝等质量缺陷。根据现场条件并结合相关工程经验,最终选择MS-3环氧系列材料对缺陷进行了修补。介绍了MS-3环氧系列材料的基本性能、配比及使用方法,对各类缺陷具体修补流程的施工工艺进行了详细论述。缺陷修补完成后,与老混凝土结合紧密,锤击声音清脆,满足设计要求。

In the construction of overflow dam surface of Guanyinyan Hydropower Station , the defects, such as fracture I, sur-face voids, bubbles, scratches and cracks at the foot of the wall existed in some of the concrete due to the structural design and construction technique .The epoxy material MS-3 is used to repair the concrete according to the conditions in construction field and the engineering experiences .The basic performance , ratio and operation method of the material are introduced .The con-struction technique for the repairing process of different defects is expounded .After the repairing work , the new and old concrete are tightly combined and the design requirement is met .
