Heterosmilax japonica Kunth%flavanone%elucidation
目的::分离并鉴定中药土萆薢中所含黄酮类化学成分。方法:采用有机溶剂提取,聚酰胺、硅胶和葡聚糖凝胶等色谱手段进行分离纯化,依据红外、质谱、核磁共振等波谱数据对分离得到的一个黄酮类化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:该黄酮类化合物被鉴定为3,5-二羟基-7-甲氧基-6-甲基-3-(4-羟基苄基)色满-4-酮。结论:此化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到。

목적::분리병감정중약토비해중소함황동류화학성분。방법:채용유궤용제제취,취선알、규효화포취당응효등색보수단진행분리순화,의거홍외、질보、핵자공진등파보수거대분리득도적일개황동류화합물진행결구감정。결과:해황동류화합물피감정위3,5-이간기-7-갑양기-6-갑기-3-(4-간기변기)색만-4-동。결론:차화합물위수차종해식물중분리득도。
Abstact Objective:To isolate and elucidate the flavanone constituent from Heterosmilax japonica Kunth.Methods:The compounds were extracted by organic solvent and separated with chromatography.The chemical structure was elucidated by IR,MS and NMR spectral methods respectively.Results:The compound was isolated and identified as 3,5-dihydroxy-7-methoxy-6-methyl-3-(4-hydroxybenzyl)chroman-4-one.Conclusion:The compound was obtained from the plant for the first time.
